One of the primary missions
of Weekley’s Data Processing Department is to save our customers money in postage
costs. We have continually upgraded
our software to stay on top of the constant changes in USPS rates and
regulations. We can CASS certify your data
as well as perform other functions such as NCOA
(address correction), merge/purge, database
management, and customized data selection. Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS)
A
service offered to mailers that improves the accuracy of matching to delivery
point codes, ZIP+4 codes, 5-digit ZIP Codes, and carrier route codes on mail
pieces. CASS provides a common
platform to measure the quality of address matching software and to diagnose
and correct software problems. National Change of Address (NCOA)
We can correct addresses
of many pieces before they are mailed.
The NCOA software, licensed by the USPS, will update addresses on your
list by matching them to all Computerized Forwarding System units. The cost of this service is minimal when
you consider the cost savings of mailing to the correct person at the correct
address. Merge/Purge
Why waste money on printing and postage by sending
multiple copies of your mailing to one person or to the same household. We will eliminate any duplicates using
criteria that you request to reduce the number of recipients and maximize the
effectiveness of your mailing.

Where the highest quality of print and variable
data insertion within documents is required, this process will give you a
professional presentation that will individualize each letter to your
prospective client. Within each letter
you will be able to customize the variable data to reference customer
numbers, loan or account balances, due dates, and other criteria as needed
for your application. From as little
as a few hundred letters to mailings of millions of pieces, this is very
effective tool for “one to one” marketing of your offering. |
