This equipment allows us to perform a variety
tasks. We can affix labels or seals to
many types of host documents. The size
of the label can be as small as 1” x 1” and as large as 5” x 4”. Piggyback labels are also available. This allows a prospective customer to
remove a label for making a selection, or to use a completed label with
variable information to affix to an order form. Wafer
sealing and gluing
Wafer sealing or gluing closed of your self-mailers
may allow you to qualify for automation postal discounts. We have the ability to affix one or more
wafer seals in line during our addressing process. These seals can be white, colored, clear or
frosted, with or without perforations.
Gluing self-mailers closed is done during the folding process and
allows us to apply up to four strips of fugitive glue simultaneously. This sealing method is very economical. |
