We are very fortunate here at Weekley's Mailing Service to have such a great team to work with. Kim is one of our newest members to join the Weekley's family, but we have been working with him for quite some time.

Kim came to us with a strong background in commercial printing as he was one of our trade partners who absolutely loved the work we are doing here. Now we have over three generations of experience with mailing services with years of commercial printing techniques to add to our capabilities.

One thing about Weekley's that stands out to Kim, and so many others is our ability to form relationships, both internally and externally. We place high importance on understanding our employees and our customers and trying to make them feel like they are part of the Weekley's family!

Another reason why Kim was drawn to Weekley's was our reputation. People know our name, and they know that we are confident in our abilities to provide what they need and what they want.

We're extending beyond our trade partners now. We're getting more interface into our direct clients and working with them to helping them as much as we can. We are exerting our experience and our relationships with those trade partners to help get them the best cost that we can get.

Dear Customers and Suppliers of Weekley’s Mailing Service, The security and safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority. Accordingly, we wish to share with you steps and procedures we have undertaken to minimize the risk of infection and to maximize our ability to continue to service our customers and our community. Yesterday, Governor DeWine declared a state of emergency in response to the confirmation of three cases of COVID-19 in Cuyahoga County. This was done to create the flexibility his office needs to respond effectively in the coming days. As concerns about COVID-19 grow, we are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and taking precautions to make sure our staff, customers and suppliers are safe and healthy. We are monitoring advisories from the Ohio Department of Health. At this time, Weekley’s is committed to maintaining our production schedule and meeting your mail dates. We do have Disaster Recovery plans in place so that we are able to meet our production schedule. As the public health situation changes daily, we commit to keeping you informed of any changes, particularly if mail delivery is impacted due to potential illnesses here or at the post office. We are also innovators who are always trying to improve our processes and the lives of our customers. We always invest in the best technology to help provide the best services for our customers. For example, before anybody had a camera system, we actually had a patent on a product called Match Mail, which guaranteed that if you were sending out an invoice or you were a non-profit looking for a donation, that the response device would guarantee to match to the letter. Postage Discounts and Affordable Mailing Services We offer competitive pricing and discounts on postage. We are able to offer this price reduction as a result of our workshare partnership with the post office. We help them do some of the work, and they give us a discount which we then pass on to you! Who Does Weekley's Serve? We service anyone who puts something in the mail! Most of our customers are: Non-profits Educational institutes Political parties City newsletters Utility billing And so much more First-Class and Standard Mailing Capabilities We do a lot of first-class mail, but we are typically doing standard mailing services.
