Weekley's Announces New Officers

Weekley’s Mailing Service is sorry to share the sad news of the passing of our President, Tom Weekley. We have lost an icon in our industry.

Weekley’s was started by Tom’s parents in 1948. He took over at the helm more than 30 years ago, then passed the leadership to his daughter, Christian, four years ago.

Weekley’s looks forward to carrying on the family tradition, and announces new officers.

Dear Customers and Suppliers of Weekley’s Mailing Service, The security and safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority. Accordingly, we wish to share with you steps and procedures we have undertaken to minimize the risk of infection and to maximize our ability to continue to service our customers and our community. Yesterday, Governor DeWine declared a state of emergency in response to the confirmation of three cases of COVID-19 in Cuyahoga County. This was done to create the flexibility his office needs to respond effectively in the coming days. As concerns about COVID-19 grow, we are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and taking precautions to make sure our staff, customers and suppliers are safe and healthy. We are monitoring advisories from the Ohio Department of Health. At this time, Weekley’s is committed to maintaining our production schedule and meeting your mail dates. We do have Disaster Recovery plans in place so that we are able to meet our production schedule. As the public health situation changes daily, we commit to keeping you informed of any changes, particularly if mail delivery is impacted due to potential illnesses here or at the post office. At this time, the local post office is accepting mail. Me are monitoring delivery updates from the post office and will keep you informed. For example, before anybody had a camera system, we actually had a patent on a product called Match Mail, which guaranteed that if you were sending out an invoice or you were a non-profit looking for a donation, that the response device would guarantee to match to the letter. We are able to offer this price reduction as a result of our workshare partnership with the post office. We help them do some of the work, and they give us a discount which we then pass on to you!
